Shipping Policy

We ship our products within 5 working days after Your payment is cleared, from our EU warehouse. In the case that we need more time to ship the parcel, it will be clearly declared in the description of the product. If You have any questions according to the shipping, feel free to contact us at info@rapmas.com 

After the parcel is shipped, You will receive an eMail with a tracking code and the URL to track Your order. If you don’t receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “ Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox). This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

The shipping will be arranged from our warehouse in Austria, Croatia, or Hungary. The shipping price is always independent of the warehouse location.

We can’t be responsible for the possible custom costs or any other costs than shipping costs. Please get in touch with Your post office before making the order ad request information about the custom and other possible costs. As a rule, there is no additional cost by shipping to EU countries.
